Family Farm To Table Weekend

November 16, 2018 - November 18, 2018

Enjoy a family friendly weekend of fun, food, and fellowship on the farm at Camp McDowell! All combinations and interpretations of families are welcome to experience this special retreat focussed on the care of creation in the beauty of "God's Backyard".

Camp McDowell is beautiful in the fall! Rejuvenate your spirit in the clean, cool air; walk through our woods, play in our pastures, and watch the sunset over Sloan Lake. The feeling is easy-going, and the results will be restorative!

Our knowlegeable farm staff will guide you in planting, harvesting, and food preparation activities, as well as hands-on care of McDowell farm animals. We have goats, chickens, pigs, and rabbits. And, make no mistake, we are very serious about having fun!

This event is recommended for ages 6 and up.
